A film about care, isolation and the quiet hunger for human touch.

Skin Hunger follows the intimate bond between a home carer and the elderly woman he looks after: a relationship shaped by routine, tenderness, and the small rituals that give life meaning.

It is my second original short film, rooted in personal experience. I wrote it, and co-directed and co-produced it with fellow artist Lena Fellows. At SF3 it screened at the Sydney Opera House, one of sixteen films chosen from more than four hundred submissions.
